My expectations were a little high! Setup took about 5 minutes. Just remember that this printer is primarily used for portability. If you're using this to present a document to a client, I suggest looking elsewhere. The print was legible but inconsistent and some parts have faded and it's just a regular MS Word document. I've tried different settings with only minor improvements. I hope the charcoal ink that came with the box is old. To use it, you need to download a third-party app that connects via Bluetooth and USB-C to USB-A. IT DOES NOT HAVE WIFI (Air Print) support, so you need to "share" the document with the app to print it with your mobile device. I have iOS. I'm a bit skeptical about a third party app since it's a Chinese app. I will update this after replacing the ribbon cassette with a new one. Image from DENSE to Light Settings. Most of my prints are for return address Revain documents only and secondary base print documents. So for ME it's perfectly acceptable. The main reason I wanted to switch to the portable printer is mainly for convenience…. I speak to the seller. If I request a new printer, I may have a bad batch. I hope it works the third time.
