Dangerous website, Norton does not allow use on Windows due to phishing

I wish I had bought this printer. Due to the insecurity of the site, I do not install the application on my computer. Half of each page is in Chinese, which is frustrating. Print quality is normal. My computer can't find the Bluetooth printer, but maybe that's a good thing. It seems you can only print from an app that Norton does not recommend downloading. DO NOT BUY! in receipt printers

This product is garbage. I bought it because I've been traveling for a month. Didn't try before I left (big mistake). Despite numerous attempts and unsuccessful calls to tech support, I gave up. Unfortunately, I missed my return date by a week due to travel. They basically said "very bad". Lower Your Expectations

My expectations were a little high! Setup took about 5 minutes. Just remember that this printer is primarily used for portability. If you're using this to present a document to a client, I suggest looking elsewhere. The print was legible but inconsistent and some parts have faded and it's just a regular MS Word document.
