It has made life much better in terms of planning budgets and tracking projects, also it is integrated with Xero so easy to use, it's really easy to set up. You can also track your submittals and approvals and get reminders when they need to be submitted. We have been using this system at our office for about 2 years now. I would say that it was very difficult at first to understand how everything worked but once you pick it up you will find it quite easy to use and get along with. All we needed was an easy way to track our budgets, submittals, and approvals. This allows us to do that all in one system instead of having to look back and forth between emails, spreadsheets, and reports.
