This amazing scanner exceeds our expectations. We use it for our ShopKeep iPad POS system and it works wonders and is a lot cheaper than the scanner they were trying to sell us. I also like that this scanner has 3 different ways to connect to the device: via cable, wireless USB adapter or via Bluetooth. The wireless adapter mode is great for connecting to a laptop for inventory in an Excel spreadsheet, and the Bluetooth mode works seamlessly with our iPad POS. The accuracy is really good and we can scan any barcode we gave it, even partially closed ones. The battery life is also incredible and is several weeks in our use case. I just wish there was an easier way to switch between bluetooth and wireless adapter modes than scanning 3 separate barcodes from the manual each time we want to switch. Finally, when we use this scanner in Bluetooth mode connected to an iOS device, we cannot show the keyboard at all when we try to enter text. This makes sense because the iPad treats the scanner like a keyboard when scanning multi-character barcodes. In the end we have to turn off the scanner with the switch to turn it off and the iPad keyboard comes back. Not a big deal, just a nuisance to worry about. Apart from those 2 small flaws this is a really great scanner and such good value for money!
