Light but small. My long wallet barely fits in it. It is quilted and therefore takes up space. I bought it just for fun, not as an everyday bag. I also have the same bag (for pens or cosmetics) but it's too long. Again I kept it because it was cute but I have to use it with another bag. This particular style has magnets to keep each outer pocket closed, there is a zip in the center section but magnets of each size connect in the center so you don't have to zip up every time. There is also a zip pocket in one of the outside pockets. To me it's a cute, fun bag, but not serious if that makes sense.
