For my festival family, this review is specific to the neon blue/orange that I purchased. I was more than impressed with the quality of the product. It's much better than in the photo. Super soft as expected. It actually shimmers in two different colors depending on the lighting and viewing angle, which was such a nice surprise. I got a lot of compliments on it at Forest and might swap a few next time. Regarding a hot summer day - if you just put it on your head it gets a bit big and too hot for the amount it covers you. Once the sun went down it was perfect. Got 4 different styles, 2 from different vendors and this one was the winner. Don't buy wrong if you like the color scheme!
