Don't buy big! on base collars

I ordered a large one and received this collar twice. Description says total length 23 inches. 19 3/4 in total. The description shows that the large spikes have 2 rows of spikes, but here there is only one row. It even features a bulldog with a double-breasted collar! Collar and I would give 5 stars straight away but it is not what is shown in the description and picture. It is sad!
