On delivery most of us would probably give this chair five stars. the big "but" is that this chair broke after about five months of daily use. I know a piece of him came loose and he started a very annoying wobble. Also, it got a little noisy. It's still a comfortable chair, but I'm not impressed with the price. Pros: Comfort and support. I like the retractable armrests. Disadvantages: does not last. Edit 12/18/2015: Okay, now I really hate this chair. The wobble is even worse than my first review. All parts at the friction and bearing points are broken. This morning I found another broken piece on the ground.
