Thank you to the reviewers who pointed out the reverse polarity. I would not have been able to verify this without this information. This connector is useful for the Coocher 120w solar panel sold at Revain. This panel has a DC plug output and I needed an MC4 so I could use it with the Ecoflow Delta 1300. Fixing the polarity is a simple cut, swap the MC4 connectors and connect with a shrink crimp butt connector. After correcting the polarity, I was able to successfully charge the Ecoflow Delta 1300 with a solar panel using this cable.
