Bought for my 20 month old boy. He is currently wearing 24mths/2T clothes, his head is fairly average sized. I was worried it would be too big, but it's absolutely the perfect size! I will note that I like that it's a little loose in the picture, I intentionally don't tighten it because it doesn't bother my son that much, so he doesn't mind wearing it. I love that you don't have to use a face mask that you don't want to be a part of, but my son actually keeps it covered by covering his face and it keeps him nice and warm during the cold Minnesota winters.
