The ability to have your social media profiles in one place.The ability to use hashtags in posts and comments. The platform allows for easy interaction with customers and clients. I dislike that it's not as user friendly as other platforms, but they are working on improving this. For now, I would say stick with it. It takes some time to learn how to use it completely, but once you have an understanding of it, it will be very useful. We can easily interact with our customers and clients online via social media. This allows us to answer questions quickly and keep them informed on our progress.
