SociallyBuzz - Useful tool if used efficiently

The ability to have your social media profiles in one place.The ability to use hashtags in posts and comments. The platform allows for easy interaction with customers and clients. I dislike that it's not as user friendly as other platforms, but they are working on improving this. For now, I would say stick with it. It takes some time to learn how to use it completely, but once you have an understanding of it, it will be very useful. We can easily interact with our customers and clients online…

  • Can connect directly from Twitter into SOCIOBUZZ
  • Great customer service! They respond promptly when contacted by email or phone call/text message (even if we don't get immediate response)
Cons
  • Sometimes confusing navigation system
  • Not always intuitive
