Fits me perfectly. I have fine hair, not quite shoulder length. I can use any donuts. My hair isn't combable enough for the other two types of buns, but they're so good it slips right out of them. To me, that's a problem with all hair tools, so it's not surprising here. Reviewers complained that the vacuum packaging crushed donuts, rendering them "unusable." That's an excuse. Just reformat it. They are alright.
