I am impressed with the build quality of this mop. The barbell is great - strong, durable and can be adjusted in length with a fold down clamp. The folding clamp works well and is much better constructed than traditional telescoping friction rods as it securely holds the adjusted length no matter how hard you squeeze the rod. The racquet also has a nice soft section in the upper for comfort and grip. This is one of the best sticks I've found in this price range. The platform for a mop attaches to a pole with a swivel joint. It's a plastic joint, but strong enough. The pivoting movement is smooth and works well. The dry mop attachments are also well made. The mop's "fingers" grab and hold dust, pet hair and small debris much better than the typical looped cotton nozzle. The head is easy to place on the platform and stays securely in place during use. It's machine washable, but it's best to let it air dry rather than tumble dry for maximum durability. The mop can also be used for wet cleaning, however the supplied wet cleaning cloth is not very good. It's functional, but you'll get better results if you use a better quality cloth, or ideally a real damp mop. This is not a problem for me as it is used exclusively for dry cleaning. While this mop is great for dry mopping, there are better wet mopping options. Based on its dry cleaning performance this is a solid 5 star mop and one of the best I've used even compared to other mops. are much more expensive. Highly recommended.
