The cloth is good for removing cobwebs, dust and general cleaning in hard-to-reach places such as ceilings, skylights, etc. There are no instructions on how to attach the cloth to the included handle. There are two pockets in the rag heads that are pretty hard to find. You will see small slits in the white fabric of the rag at one end. Once you find them, insert the rag handle prongs into these two pockets to attach the rag to the handle. Hope this helps others.
