I actually used this on my dog after radiation therapy on his upper front paw. The idea came to me after the vet suggested a shirt to cover up. (I couldn't keep the shirt on.) I cut the sleeve about 3 feet long and then cut it in 2/3 folds (2 cuts). I placed the uncut/trimmed portion of the sleeve over the dog's paw, then pulled the slack up to her chest and tied the trimmed/trimmed portion at the nape of her neck. It worked like a champ, allowing the dog to heal the paw without her or another dog having to lick it to the bone again.
