More form than function

Looks good, love the look of natural wood. However, I would like them to be adjustable; finely ground spices are obtained from them. I was expecting them to have a dial to switch between fine and coarse grinds, but they don't have that feature. Plus, they're dirty - my countertop is constantly covered in salt and pepper because they "leak" easily. Overall, they get the job done and look good, but lack functionality and quality.
