It appears to me that this product needs a more detailed review. I actually selected this product over others because of it's higher weight rating and low price. Prime shipping was unavailable but I ordered early in the season. The box arrived in good shape and all of the parts were in place. Also tools needed for assembly were included. An 8 mm hex wrench and a 17 mm socket wrench. I had a helper for assembly But I think it could be done alone. The instructions consisted mostly of a picture but that was really all that was needed. We really haven't pushed the weight limit but we do weigh between 200 and 210 pounds and we really prefer chairs rated at 350 #. Frame is very sturdy, easy to assemble, and attractive.
