I like that we have all of our data backed up at least once per day, which is great for peace-of mind! We also love how easy it has been so far with their support team too - they are always quick to respond when there's an issue or question you might need answered quickly (which isn't often!).
It would be nice if some things were more intuitive/user friendly but overall this service works well enough from what my colleagues tell me anyway :) Not much yet though since only just started using them recently!! So can say nothing really bad about anything thusfar :). Backing everything back daily gives us piece(s) o'mindness over any potential loss / hack etc..
