Works but needs improvement
Installation turned out to be more difficult than it should have been. The black wire was too short to reach the switch. The template is useless without a hole for the center shaft. You will likely need to drill new holes for the mounting bolts and also drill out the center shaft hole to fit. It's a good fan, it's just a shame they made things harder than they needed to be.
