Extremely knowledgable about all of our various programs
The knowledge base is very well organized, making it easy for me as an end user to find what I am looking for when searching their site or contacting them via phone/email.
Their staff are extremely helpful in getting my questions answered quickly. If you have any specific needs that can not be easily found by browsing through pages they will help guide you towards finding out if this product fits your business need. We use several software applications from Microsoft Office 365 such as Word and Excel but we also utilize other products like Adobe Acrobat Pro which was purchased separately.
Pros
- They provide reliable customer service with great support representatives who know how important our data management system at work (DMS)is so there's no question about whether something works properly before purchasing anything else! Also good pricing compared some others offering similar services
Cons
- There isn't really much negative feedback because everything has been positive overall
