The chair was hard to assemble at the arms. For some reason the screws were really short and hard to screw in. Other than that it was an easy chair to assemble.I feel like the chair wobbles a bit when I sit on it. It also doesn't have the most cushion on both the bottom and the arms. It looks good, but I wouldn't say it's the most comfortable. I also wish that it could be adjusted to be higher. I feel like it is rather low height for a chair.Would I recommend the chair to others? Yes if you like the look of it and don't mind that it's a low height. No, if you want a more cushiony chair. There are better chairs out there.Edit: I added a star because the customer support reached out to me, offering a refund for my dissatisfaction. At least they have good customer service.
