I was dismayed to discover that WsCrofts' online shop had such a meager offering of decorative pieces for the home. Despite their claims that they provide a wide choice of wreaths, ornaments, and artificial flowers, I was disappointed by the small range and poor quality of the items I purchased. First of all, the product descriptions lacked depth, making it tough to judge the quality of the offerings at a glance. It wasn't helped by the fact that the pictures typically inflated the size or quality of the products. When my shipment finally arrived, I found that the products' quality had also fallen short of my expectations. The artificial flowers I received were thin and plastic-looking, and the wreath I purchased was poorly manufactured. In sum, I was disappointed that the goods did not live up to my expectations. Additionally, I did not appreciate WsCrofts' customer service. My attempts to contact the company about a problem with my order were met with lengthy wait periods and unhelpful responses. It was obvious that they didn't care about me or my business. In sum, I cannot endorse the WsCrofts online shop. The customer service is unremarkable, the product quality is low, and the collection of home decor is uninspiring. Don't waste your money on these low-grade attempts at decorating your home.
