Review on Expert Network Group (ENG) by Chris Spoja

I was part of an expert network group that provided technical support services to businesses in different industries, from small start-ups all way through enterprise companies such as Microsoft Corp., Cisco Systems Incorporated etc.. ENG is one among many vendor organizations who came into existence after Sept 11th 2001 due its business model which had revenue sharing with clients for providing their service providers like me! The best thing about this organization has been my colleagues whom i have worked closely throughout over 10 years now!! Their work ethics are commendable they always try hard but sometimes you could feel your ego slipping away when someone else excels at something than just trying very much. There seems nothing really bad or great here; however there were times where we used not too ethical means/methodology while solving problems by pushing our buttons instead waiting patiently till problem got solved naturally without any external intervention. I like that ENG is easy to use, has all of the necessary features and can be used from any device. The layout of the website is very intuitive and it's very easy to navigate. It's also great that they have live chat available for customer service! Nothing so far; as I've only been using ENG for two months. But so far, it's been great. I'm able to post my ads in less than 10 seconds after clicking "add an ad.".
