I bought this because half of my trailer broke and I didn't want to replace it or tear it apart to fix it. This case is a great alternative and IS GOOD for your keychain. Do not remove the key fob or attempt to use it without it. It is very well made, hard wearing, durable and fits perfectly. This is great protection if you drop your keychain. It comes with its own small key, so take care when you open the box. You must have this key handy when you are out and need to turn off the key fob battery. It takes a little time and effort to install and flush it out properly. So be patient and don't use a hammer. This works if it's the right case for your key fob. Exercise due diligence. I love it and the materials it's made of. This is for my JKU 2008.
