I'm so glad I bought this lantern! I had a blue LED reading light before purchasing the Hooga lamp and was always concerned that it would keep me awake. I read in the dark to fall asleep when my husband is already asleep. I used my Hooga light last night after waking up in the middle of the night and it's so awesome! First, the clamp and adjustment lever are much better than my old flashlight, so I don't keep adjusting them. More importantly, it was immediately apparent that it was softer on my eyes, yet bright enough that I didn't have to strain my eyes, and I actually fell asleep within minutes. This lady no longer has a circadian rhythm disorder!
