I ordered this for a video but ended up falling in love with the gua sha tool. Save money on the more expensive ones - they're affordable and functional, and once you've seen how they work, there's no point in buying the more expensive ones unless you want a fancy stone. I keep them in the fridge. The roller is good but I have used gua sha on the face so far and I find the roller to be more useful for applying facial moisturizer. Using Gua Sha on my face and neck relieved severe headaches and helped reduce swelling in my face. I
