I have very bad lumps in my shoulders combined with tendonitis. I need massages or trigger point injections all the time. I didn't get them because I'm worried about Covid so I decided to give this a try. i really like it When I first used it I got so many knots. I use it at a low level because of the area. The high setting was pretty good for my lower back. Like a massage, I had to drink lots of water the next day and those spots hurt. The day after I felt a lot better! It's light enough that my hand won't kill me while using it. The price wasn't bad either. It was a good investment.
