Ideal for knotted shoulders.

I have very bad lumps in my shoulders combined with tendonitis. I need massages or trigger point injections all the time. I didn't get them because I'm worried about Covid so I decided to give this a try. i really like it When I first used it I got so many knots. I use it at a low level because of the area.
