It was just the ticket to our great family compromise. My wife loves the TV in the bedroom to help her sleep. I hate TV in the bedroom because I think bedrooms are better used for other things. ;-) So I installed a Whisper Lift II with attached 40 inch HDTV at the foot of our bed. Now that she can't sleep, she can press a button to lift the TV out of its hiding place and drop it down. sleeps to your favorite shows. A push of a button in the morning and our bedroom is "TV-free" again (which makes me happy). to hold the heaviest TVs I can imagine. The nature of the telescopic lifting mechanism makes them difficult to conceal. I'm working on ideas how to hide the cables but haven't completely solved this problem yet. block and we have it at the foot of the bed. The other is wireless and that sits on the bedside table. Now my only problem is my daughter I found my mother's bed has satellite TV and Netflix and I can't get her out of the rooms!
