Apart from the unusually high pockets and belt loops, the bathrobe is very pretty. I am 6'2" on average and the robe and arm length are perfect. I am very happy with the overall quality. A few inches above the belly button, not where you would expect at the waist. When belt is tied , the bags cannot be used as the opening of the bags is about an inch above the knotted belt where the loop is located.two belt loops on either side which are both two high.I will probably ask my girlfriend bags and belt loops Maybe more effort than it's worth, but the quality is good enough to justify keeping the robe and making a change.
