I like that you can search by part number, manufacturer or model to find what i am looking for very quickly. The customer service was not top notch when we needed help with an order issue. They were slow to respond to our emails and they did not offer any discount codes for new customers either. If your looking for a great way to sell online through multiple channels then this may be right up your alley. We have been able to get all of our inventory in one place which has made it easier for us to keep track of everything. Also, our sales are increasing because people know where to go to buy their replacement parts. It's also nice having access to so many different manufacturers' products at once too!
