well made, worth the money!
I've been making dashi broth for a while now but I bought pre-sliced mackerel and wanted to up my game so I bought this box of mackerel and a whole mackerel! This involved learning how to set up the blade and how to shave mackerel, which I found fairly easy. I am very satisfied with the quality of the box and the blade! Thanks very much!
