I bought these to replace the crappy little straps that hold our ARB inner tent in place when folded. It was always painful enough to squeeze a folded tent, tie small lines together and find it barely stretched enough to fit in a bag! These straps allow me to compress the folded tent just enough and then tighten it even more. Our tent room has never been so small, it's awesome! Even the bag they put it in is now dangling around the tent. The only thing that bothers me is the plastic buckles. I pulled hard on the straps to compress the tent and I can see them deforming a bit. I just hope they last a while.
