Very comfortable to wear around the house. Most water shoes are made of hard plastic or rubber, which is not very comfortable. The material they are made of is pleasant. I don't know how they are in the water, I wear them as indoor shoes. I bought these because I was looking for something with good airflow. They have amazing airflow and my feet hardly sweat in them. This is not a very good shoe for outdoor activities. When you step on a liquid, it travels from the sole to your feet because the soles have huge holes for water to flow through. Great indoor shoes, do not wear outside.
