Doesn't work like other brands

I take L-ornithine every day along with the medication I take for ammonia headaches. After switching to this brand, my headaches returned and I felt terrible. Within a day of switching to the old brand, the headache was gone. It doesn't look like high quality, the company didn't provide any information on the country of origin of the powder, leading me to believe it's from China.
