Good brush but questionable hardware

Just received this brush today and it's a very good cleaning brush. The metal bristles have the same rigidity as the fibers and are well attached to the handle, strong and comfortable to grip. A small sharp thorn has already pierced the protective cap, but I don't see the need for it yet. This would only make sense if you've never cleaned your irons before and you have really dried dirt in the grooves. If you clean your racquets after every shot or even after every round then the bristles are all you will ever need and they are well made. I'll probably just file the point down a bit so it doesn't accidentally bump me - that little mistake is sharp. As for the cons; The two rings between the zipper carabiner, brush and clip are too light. I've already replaced them with the heavier unused trinkets I have laying around. Given the quality of the brush, the rings are very cheap and will most likely stretch over time and cause the brush to be lost. The zip carabiner itself is good but I just don't see if it will hold up over time. I thought about just taking it off, but decided to leave it on for a while as it's handy to keep the brush on to clean the stick, which I do after almost every shot. I'm not pessimistic about the quality of the devices, but in my experience I've lost more than one cleaning brush to cheap devices. However, I really like the brush and can only recommend it because of the quality of the brush. I would only suggest replacing the rings to prevent them from coming loose and missing the brush.
