Just received this brush today and it's a very good cleaning brush. The metal bristles have the same rigidity as the fibers and are well attached to the handle, strong and comfortable to grip. A small sharp thorn has already pierced the protective cap, but I don't see the need for it yet. This would only make sense if you've never cleaned your irons before and you have really dried dirt in the grooves.
