Review on CanaKit Raspberry Pi 4 4GB Starter Kit: Complete with Clear Case and 4GB RAM by John Clark

The extra memory and higher resolution were the main reasons I bought this unit. It should also be able to support 4k. So far I haven't been able to push the resolution past 1080p. Initially it only runs at 1024x768 on my Samsung 4k TV, after finding a setting I was finally able to get it to 1080p but I still can't get it past that. I also experienced some video tearing when playing YouTube videos. at 1080p full screen so not sure if the 4k side can handle 4k full screen video. Aside from video issues, everything else works fine, it was able to connect to both wired and wireless networks, and update and download packages when installing Raspbian. I didn't stress test, but the kit came with a fan that I plugged in and heatsinks. So it has to stay cool.
