Overall a good induction cooktop.

Slightly bulky but excellent induction hob. Heats up quickly. Bought to transport, heat a pot of water and fry. When I received this product I had no idea how to use it. I can't remember if there was a guide or not. But it didn't take long for me to understand. Your phone should have wireless control, but I have yet to understand that this app is not a remote control, but more of a recipe app. To be honest I deleted it after not figuring out how to manage it. I mainly use it to boil water quickly. I have an old electric stove and it takes 1.5 hours to heat a large pot of water. This will heat it up slightly in 30-45 minutes. Saves time and energy. If you use it for a long time, you need to adjust the temperature to keep it working. It has a power off function when not controlled. I just turn it off and back on while I cook something else. A little annoying, but nothing that really bothers me. For frying I have a thermometer, I touch the pan and it reads over 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Fun fact, at -20 degrees (outside of winter conditions) it will maintain that temperature for frying, which I don't. I don't want to smoke outside the house. I didn't feel like using it as the main burner to cook a full meal, but as a last resort I think you could cook on it if you need to. Note: This is induction. So if the magnet doesn't stick to the pan, it won't work. So if you need to buy a new pan or two, take a magnet with you and just check the pan, if it sticks, that's good.
