I bought these so I wouldn't have to store my buttercream in another container after mixing in the fridge. Also to reduce the use of plastic wrap. Love the design and the ability to add dry ingredients to the mixing bowl without stopping the mixer and cover with a kitchen towel to avoid face flour or other messes. A BIG PROBLEM! Lids DO NOT stay. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I thought maybe putting them on and putting something on top of the closed bowl to hold them in place (similar to a shoe stretching situation) would work. 16 days later no stretching. At the moment they are useless. Now I have to decide on another set of cases that actually work. Maybe a bit pricey but worth it. Those covers? Not as much. I do not recommend.
