Review on TokyWoky Community Platform by Jerry Delic
This is the tool we have used for quite a few years now - it's great!
It's very easy to use! The customer service is amazing as well - they are always willing to assist with any questions or needs that I have. Their support team often goes above & beyond even when it comes time to actually making changes themselves (and not just me). We've been using them since our first year of business at my previous job over 10 years ago now; we love how flexible/customizable everything has become in recent versions / upgrades compared to back then. That said though...there isn't much you don't like about this tool if there was something specific mentioned here please let us know so we could improve upon anything :) As far as what benefits we receive from having used tkkywokys tools? Well honestly all i really do myself personally anymore besides managing accounts etc which requires minimal effort these days because most things get automatically set.
- Everything being completely automated, ability for staff member input into certain areas without requiring administrator intervention too many times throughout day long shifts especially helpful during busy seasons like holidays where lots more tickets need answered promptly
