The product seems great but the packaging was very surprising. The product comes in a hard plastic sleeve to protect it, but this one came in a mailer box which rattled like crazy. Upon opening, the denture dangled loosely in the box, the body of the product appearing to have been previously opened and resealed rotated 90 degrees from correct orientation. It was obvious that the dentures were simply thrown into the packaging box as separate items along with the product box. Luckily the racket is very durable and doesn't look damaged.
