Just want to say "support this company" as they contacted me about the sizing problem and sent me a larger size at no additional cost. Great customer service and communication. When you measure right near the cutoff between sizes it is hard to know which way to go. Usually I go with the bigger size. However, the sales description and reviews for these were heavy on recommending to get the smaller size because they tended to run big. Well, after much contemplation, I went with that recommendation despite my usual tendency to take the bigger size. Due to a lot of yard work and garden prep, I was desperate for these to arrive and put them on for about 6 hours. The wide top band band began to cause severe pain and had to remove. Because of wearing those 6 hours cannot return for larger size which is obviously what I needed! I usually like the help of reviews but should have gone with my usual instincts so now I am stuck with no support for my terribly arthritic knees until I can afford to buy another pair. Just take my experience to heart if you measure in the cutoff range so you don't end up with the same problem. The quality and look of the black ones which I ordered appeared okay, but in my case the sizing dilemna was the problem. Shipping was fast but for some reason they left Las Vegas NV and were delayed for days going to several CA cities before actually heading back to CO by UPS which was very disappointing.
