Very good, but you could put a sticky material on the side that comes in contact with the chair (like a drawer liner?). It slides a little in my car. a few inches up the belt. The reason I mention this is because in my car, with the seat belt buckled to its maximum, the buckle is still under the edge of the headrest and rolling it back is not a pointless exercise. .I use the 3 front pockets to store my driving glasses and sunglasses and put my non-driving glasses in there when I am driving. I use two water bottle pockets to hold a clean water dispenser and a tissue dispenser. I use large bags to keep papers in the car and a notepad/pen. .This is exactly what I was looking for, when my wife gets into the car, I can turn it over behind the passenger seat, but it takes about 5-10 seconds, I have to use two hands.
