Uh nope, flat, wrinkly
I have a few of those short puffer vests. Most of them are fluffy, thick and buff. I am aware this one says "lightweight" but c'mon. It is very thin. It's so thin that it literally get wrinkles. I like the color and how it fits even though I have a long torso, but in my taste is way too thin. I am 5'9 for reference 26 waist and 32D.
