Review on EIMS by Charles Barney

I like how it is very user friendly for both newbies as well as seasoned marketers alike! It has helped us manage all our campaigns from one place which makes things much easier than before when we were managing them separately with different tools. The interface could be more intuitive but overall its great tool. We are able to track everything related to campaign performance in just few clicks without having to go through multiple tabs or reports. There isn't anything really bad about this software - maybe some minor bugs here & there once every now n then (but nothing major). If your looking into an integrated platform where you can do almost everything under 1 roof then definitely try out eims first. Our main focus was monitoring customer engagement via emails. This made sure everyone knew what their customers did after they received those mails so that if something went wrong at anytime during follow up process we would know immediately and take necessary action accordingly.
