Fantastic product and customer service! I've been using them since college years ago. This security model 6 is thicker than the old one I had. The bike mount is very well designed and can be easily removed. I placed mine so I could pull it out immediately as a burglary deterrent (was robbed twice :( ) The company is very quick to respond unlike most other customers, they provide free spare keys and in my case they gave me a spare bracket for mine sent The bike was robbed where I kept the lock so I could use the lock in my spare bike, thanks
