Doesn't Work - Save Your Money

These are horrible. The adhesion doesn't work, and any dampness will have it peeling off immediately. My shoes ended up rubbing in to the back of my heels, and I got blisters on my feet. The item is non-refundable so you're better off stuffing the back of your heels or soles with the cash you would have wasted on this product.

The patches are individually packaged, making them easy to carry in a backpack or purse

Could cause discoloration or skin irritation if left on for too long
