This set comes in various sizes. They are clear and go on easily. I walk a lot at work, so I feel like the friction caused them to come up a couple of times but other than that, I had no complaints.

I’m very prone to getting blisters on the back of my heels and they’re always a pain to deal with as they take so long to heal. I put these on and shoes became comfortable again! They are a little difficult to remove from the plastic backing but once you get them on, they stay on until you take them off. Taking them off wasn’t painful either!

These are hydrogel patches that relieve the pressure & pain of blisters. I use them for my feet since I do a lot of walking now, to maintain my health and keep me active during the pandemic. They come in different shapes and sizes and stick well, even after a shower.

I bought these hoping that they would help when I am walking, instead they created several issues including not staying where they are placed, leaving a really sticky difficult to remove residue, and there aren't very many in the pack so I ran out of the size I needed very quickly.

This set contains some 1-1/2" half rounds that are just the right thing to put on an Achilles tendon, or to wrap around the base of a little toe. These are horrible. The adhesion doesn't work, and any dampness will have it peeling off immediately. My shoes ended up rubbing in to the back of my heels, and I got blisters on my feet. The item is non-refundable so you're better off stuffing the back of your heels or soles with the cash you would have wasted on this product.

these are NOT for a humid and/or sweaty situation - like an outdoor day where you are hoping to avoid blisters. they will come loose if they get sweaty and then they aren't helpful at all. they are great for an evening out where you will be inside most of the time. i also found them to be great on long travel days when i was in airports and planes only. i do think the semi-circle and the square are really also the most effective. the little strips are OK but are pretty limited on space…

These blister prevention patches are much better than bandages. These stick well and stay in place for long days of walking. These are a must-have if you don't have time to break in new shoes before a big day. They're a bit pricey at more than $1 per patch, but they're also worth it to prevent blisters if your feet are prone to them. The case they come in is perfect for traveling.

I like the shape and sizes of these stickies but they don’t grip on well. It sticks but within an hour it peels off or slips. It’s in a nice container to easily travel with but I haven’t had any real success with these for my shoes and they causes blisters.

Ordered these after getting a blister with new shoes on vacation. Definitely helped at protecting and avoiding any new blisters or chafing!

I am prone to blisters so was eager to try these out and honestly I got mixed results. Though there are no instructions it’s pretty obvious that you peel off the backing and stick them (if you need to cut them do it before peeling back off) on your foot where needed. I tried them in two areas, the side of my big toe and my heel with a few pairs of shoes that cause me issues.
